Austral Properties
Austral Properties is a real estate brand I designed from scratch, set in Río Grande, Tierra del Fuego. The site helps people find a place to buy or rent, and tries to make the agency feel close and easy to trust.

The idea
Buying or renting a home is a big decision. I wanted the site to feel calm. A wide aerial view of a city at dusk opens the page under one clear line: 'Find the place you want to live.'
What I did
I designed the logo and the website in Framer. The page moves from featured properties to services, testimonials, an FAQ and a final contact block.
Details
Headings are in uppercase for a steady, confident voice, with Geist for the rest. Property cards show the essentials at a glance: location, rooms, size and price. Soft blue panels hold the six services, and small pill labels mark each section.
